Data deletion — Cassander

Privacy PolicyTerms and ConditionsData deletionPremium subscriptionsWithdrawal information

Effective date: 5 November 2026.

1. Operator and scope

Cassander is operated by SPINELLI MARCO, Marco Spinelli’s Italian sole proprietorship, Via Gabriele D’Annunzio 18, 84091 Battipaglia (SA), Italy; VAT 06221310656, Salerno Business Register, REA SA-506457. Roviqa Studio is a brand, not a separate company. Sole contact: support@roviqastudio.com.

Records are local and there is no Cassander account to close. You can delete individual items or perform a financial reset. Confirmed deletions have no general undo: check the summary first and preserve copies you wish to keep.

2. Transactions and accounts

Open Transactions, select an entry and confirm deletion: affected balances are updated. This does not delete Google Play orders. For an account, open Profile → Accounts, select it and use deletion. Deleting the last account or accounts still linked to transactions, budgets or recurring entries is blocked: resolve the indicated references first. There is no absolute prohibition based only on the name Current Account, nor automatic deletion of associated transactions.

3. Budgets, goals and recurring entries

Open Budget, select a budget and use deletion; for recurring budgets read the distinction between period and series. Posted transactions are not automatically deleted. For goals use Profile → Savings goals, select the goal and the available action, subject to Premium access. Manage recurring entries in Profile → Recurring transactions: use deletion for the selected schedule and the displayed confirmations. Deleting a schedule does not automatically delete all previously recorded transactions; distinguish deletion from merely pausing it.

If Premium expires or is revoked, existing goals remain stored with their amounts, progress and deadlines. In Free, access to goal functions and creation, editing, adding savings and deletion are blocked; there is no separate free viewing mode. A newly verified Premium entitlement restores operations on the retained data. A confirmed financial reset remains a separate deletion operation.

4. Controlled financial reset

Open Profile → Data and backup → Delete all data, read the summary and complete the confirmations. Wait for the result. A completed reset deletes transactions, budgets, goals, recurring entries and custom categories, returns the local profile to its initial state and replaces accounts with one zero-balance Current Account. It also removes recognised technical copies subject to cleanup, including quarantine, pre-migration and temporary reset-transaction data.

Completion is not confirmed while required cleanup is pending. After an error or interruption, follow the app’s recovery process rather than assuming everything has been erased. Recovery does not authorise arbitrary recreation of records erased by a completed reset.

5. Preserved items and limits

Reset preserves preferences such as theme, language, currency and notification settings, plus PIN/lock configuration. It does not change Android biometric templates, UMP preferences or service data/caches outside the records being reset. It does not delete backups or exported files, operating-system/cloud copies, or Google Play, RevenueCat or advertising-provider records. Advertising privacy options in Profile allow choices to be reviewed when UMP requires it. Forensic physical erasure of storage is not certified.

6. External files and uninstallation

Delete files separately through the selected file manager or service, considering attachments, recipients, trash and cloud versions. AES-256-GCM protects password-based backups without deleting them; CSV, PDF and older unencrypted JSON remain readable without that password. The app does not encrypt the entire AsyncStorage database. System copies depend on Android settings. If you want the controlled reset, perform it before uninstalling and wait for the result; uninstallation does not guarantee deletion of every copy.

7. Subscriptions and external records

Deleting data and uninstalling do not cancel Premium. Manage renewals in the purchasing Google Play account. Cancellation, refunds, purchase restoration and data deletion are separate operations. Reset does not send deletion requests to providers. They may retain purchase, technical or advertising data according to their role, law and procedures; indiscriminate deletion of every record is not promised.

8. Privacy requests and support

Write to support@roviqastudio.com, identifying the relevant data or service; minimal references may be needed to locate it and verify identity, not PINs, passwords, full card details or the entire financial archive. The controller cannot remotely delete data held only on your device. Ordinary support emails pass through ImprovMX to Gmail; the retention policy provides for 90 days after the request is closed, through management that is currently manual, subject to documented exceptions or applicable obligations; privacy requests, complaints and administrative documents are assessed separately. Statutory rights and deadlines remain, normally one month under the GDPR with permitted extensions. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.

9. Territorial requests, authorised agents and appeals

Requests to the controller may also cover support data and service identifiers without sending your entire financial archive. Provide the context needed to locate them; an authorised agent may act where permitted. Where the applicable law allows an appeal against refusal, reply with “Privacy appeal”. Limits, deadlines, retention grounds and extensions follow that law.

A request to the controller does not automatically erase recipient copies or records a provider must retain under its own duties. We will identify the relevant channel without promising deletion we cannot perform. Exercising rights does not trigger prohibited penalties and does not cancel Google Play subscriptions.

10. Reviewer-service data and erasure requests

The Cloudflare infrastructure is deployed, and Premium access for authorised reviewers has been operational since 5 November 2026; operator maintenance remains disabled. The service involves the processing described in the Privacy Policy. Resetting or uninstalling does not send erasure requests to Cloudflare or RevenueCat. Write to support@roviqastudio.com with context and the support ID if needed; the ID alone does not prove ownership. No confidential code, financial data or other credentials are required.

Requests will be verified proportionately and handled through a currently manual procedure, which may in future use automated tools under the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy, distinguishing erasure, promotional revocation and paid subscriptions. Google Play purchases will not be cancelled to fulfil a data request. Outcomes of pending operations must be reconciled before related records are erased; where a code remains valid, revocation or rotation, minimisation and effects on other reviewers will be considered. Reuse risk does not justify automatic refusal: any residual retention must have concrete reasons, limits and review.

The Privacy Policy’s criteria and recovery windows apply. Removal from the active database does not prove immediate erasure from recovery copies or infrastructure logs. RevenueCat requests are handled separately, considering aliases, provider obligations and possible technical recreation of records. We will communicate the outcome and any justified limits within applicable periods. The service does not provide an already tested automatic remote-erasure function: the operational procedure must be approved and verified before activation.
