1. Operator and service
Cassander is provided by SPINELLI MARCO, Marco Spinelli’s Italian sole proprietorship, Via Gabriele D’Annunzio 18, 84091 Battipaglia (SA), Italy; VAT 06221310656, Salerno Business Register, REA SA-506457. Roviqa Studio is a trading brand, not a separate company. Website: https://roviqastudio.com. Sole public contact: support@roviqastudio.com. 2. Function and audience
The app organises local accounts, transactions, budgets, categories, recurring entries and analyses; it does not open bank accounts, connect banks or execute payments. There is no Cassander account or bank synchronisation. A recorded transfer is an accounting entry. The app is intended for adults, not specifically children. This does not introduce an automatic restriction on minors: use and purchases must comply with applicable contractual capacity, authorisations and parental controls.
3. Free and Premium
Downloading is free. Free includes transactions without a numerical commercial limit, up to two accounts and three budgets, basic functions, CSV import and protected backups with restoration; it may show advertising where permitted. Premium removes banners and enables functions described in the offer, including increased commercial account/budget capacities, advanced analytics, goals, forecasts and reserved tools. Actual availability must be clear before purchase. No commercial limit implies infinite device capacity.
4. Prices and welcome offer
The approved model provides a standard monthly subscription of €2.99 and a separate annual subscription of €28.99. Only monthly and annual subscriptions are offered, with no free trial. When the offer is activated, available in the territory and recognised by Google Play, eligible new monthly subscribers pay €0.99 for the first month, then €2.99/month unless cancelled. This is an ongoing welcome programme, not a launch-only promotion; it is not free access.
Eligibility is determined by the Google Play rules configured for the offer; a first download does not automatically qualify. The annual plan remains separate. These are euro reference prices: applicable currency, taxes, conversions and regional prices must be shown in the store. The actual terms presented for the transaction govern, subject to pricing laws and promised information. This text does not certify that products or offers are already active.
5. Purchase and restoration
Android purchases take place through Google Play; RevenueCat verifies Premium status. A local setting or financial backup cannot grant an unverified Premium entitlement. To restore a purchase, use the restoration function and the correct Google Play account; a valid compatible entitlement is required. Network or service outages may delay verification. Free availability does not imply Premium can be purchased in every country: no purchase is promised without a purchasable offer. Purchase restoration is distinct from financial-data restoration.
6. Renewal, cancellation and expiry
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price communicated by Google Play unless cancelled within its stated time limits. Manage the subscription in the purchasing account to prevent future renewals. Unless revoked, refunded or otherwise affected by applicable conditions, access continues until the recognised expiry. Price or condition changes require information and authorisations required by law and the store.
Uninstalling the app or deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Expiry may limit functions but does not instruct deletion of financial records. Integrity checks and accrued rights remain applicable.
If Premium expires or is revoked, existing goals remain stored with their amounts, progress and deadlines. In Free, access to goal functions and creation, editing, adding savings and deletion are blocked; there is no separate free viewing mode. A newly verified Premium entitlement restores operations on the retained data. A confirmed financial reset remains a separate deletion operation.
7. Withdrawal, refunds and remedies
Mandatory rights, conformity guarantees and remedies for defective or misrepresented digital content or services remain unaffected. There is no general exclusion of refunds. Use the Google Play procedure or contact support. The store’s transaction role does not remove the operator’s legal responsibilities; cancellation and refund are separate operations.
For EEA consumers, distance-contract withdrawal is normally available for 14 days where applicable. The nature of the offer and exceptions follow the law: immediate performance alone does not establish a valid waiver. These terms do not replace specific consents, acknowledgements or confirmations required by law. To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send an explicit statement with your name, purchase date and necessary order reference to support@roviqastudio.com, or use store tools. PINs, passwords and full card details are unnecessary. Further local protections remain unaffected, without an exclusive forum or compulsory arbitration undermining rights.
8. Local data and security
The controller does not maintain a synchronised copy of your records. PIN and biometrics control access; the app does not encrypt the entire AsyncStorage database. Protected backups use AES-256-GCM; keep the file and password and verify restoration. The controller cannot recover the password. CSV, PDF and older plaintext JSON files do not automatically receive this encryption. Reset does not delete external copies. Safekeeping recommendations do not exclude the operator’s legal liability.
9. Import, restoration and export
Check the preview, warnings and effect before confirmation. Restoration may replace records according to the selected procedure, without automatic merging or synchronisation. CSV import follows the app’s checks and confirmations. A PDF or CSV report is not necessarily a restorable backup. Available functions depend on the plan. Reset requires confirmation and a completion result; it does not cancel purchases or subscriptions.
10. Analyses and exchange rates
Summaries, Insights, forecasts and planning tools depend on data, assumptions and available rates, including cached ECB rates. They are informational, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and do not guarantee results. Consider data dates and sources and consult a professional when needed. This description does not remove duties concerning the accuracy of the promised service.
11. Use, updates and liability
Comply with law, third-party rights and store rules; do not bypass payment or security checks. Software and trademark rights remain with their owners, subject to statutory exceptions. Compatibility, permissions and external services may affect operation; uninterrupted availability is not promised, but mandatory updates and remedies remain due. Material contractual changes follow legally required information and rights, without retroactively removing accrued rights. Non-excludable liability, intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable, and mandatory guarantees are not excluded; there is no blanket disclaimer for all loss or error.
12. Privacy, languages and contact
See the Privacy Policy and Data deletion. The five language versions are intended to be equivalent: no language-precedence clause removes mandatory linguistic or consumer rights. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by relevant rules, including consumer-country protections. For complaints and support contact support@roviqastudio.com; informal assistance does not prevent other remedies.
13. Information before purchase and subscription management
Before confirmation, the product, functions, amount and currency, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms must be identifiable, together with any offer period, subsequent price and eligibility. Downloading or generally accepting these terms does not imply consent to a charge. Keep the order confirmation.
Manage and stop renewals through Google Play Subscriptions using the purchasing account. You may also contact us for assistance or exercise statutory cancellation rights. Email is not described as a button that automatically cancels the store contract. This document does not replace mandatory renewal or change notices and consents.
To communicate an applicable withdrawal, you may send: addressee SPINELLI MARCO at the address and email in section 1; a statement withdrawing from the Cassander contract; purchase date and order reference, your name and reply contact, and communication date. A signature is needed only for paper communication where required. No special wording is compulsory. Stopping renewal does not replace an online withdrawal function where that function is legally required.
14. Territorial rights and store controls
Applicable US state protections for recurring charges, disclosures and cancellation remain unaffected. Purchasable-product age ratings are distinct from the app’s content rating. Store parental approvals do not automatically authorise advertising. These terms do not introduce a general restriction on minors.
For Quebec, a French version is available without an English-precedence clause. Where applicable in British Columbia, renewal-notice, cancellation and refund rights override ordinary store conditions.
Mandatory digital-service remedies in the EU/EEA and UK, and consumer guarantees in Australia and New Zealand, remain unaffected. No identical withdrawal period is extended to every country. Required local commercial disclosures supplement these terms without reducing mandatory rights.
15. Actual channels and conditions
The informational website does not directly conclude Premium purchases: payment takes place in Google Play. The store’s contractual role and applicable rights depend on the specific transaction; a digital-content refund policy cannot automatically be applied to a digital service. A support channel does not replace a mandatory online function. An independent withdrawal function that has not been activated and verified is not advertised as available. You may communicate an explicit statement to the contact in section 1 and consult official Google Play procedures. Managing renewals remains a separate operation.
